Midday sun can be harsh and cause shadows, so we usually avoid that time unless shade is available. I may bring a a blanket for ground sitting or you may also bring one that blends with the theme you are going for.</span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(45, 30, 27);">﻿</span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">How many images do you take?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(45, 30, 27);">The amount of images I take will depend on each session, length of time and group size of each session. The longer the session, the more images will be taken. Not all images will make the final cut. I will decide on the best captured images, curate them and make any edits or retouches to to them before I upload them for viewing. Regular full sessions can range anywhere from 15 - 50 images per shoot. Mini sessions range from 5-10 images per shoot. </span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">I'm not that good at posing, what can I do?</em></h3><p>Most people feel that way, but you’d be surprised how natural it can feel once we get started. I’ll guide you through the whole process—every step of the way—and help you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.</p><p class="ql-paragraph-2">We’ll keep things light and fun, and I’ll give you easy prompts that help create natural expressions and movement. You don’t need to “know how to pose”—you just need to show up as yourself. I’ve got the rest covered!</p><h3 class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">﻿what if my kid has a tantrum during the photo shoot?</em></h3><p>I know what that's like, I have 3 of my own and 2 bonus children. I've seen it all. If your child has a tantrum, we’ll take a break, reset, and give them the space they need. No pressure, no rush.</p><p>I do recommend 1.5 hour sessions during toddler or family shoots for more time however I always plan extra time into sessions just in case we need to pause, play, or change things up. Some of the best moments actually come from letting kids be themselves. Smiles usually find their way back once we lower the pressure and have a little fun.</p><p class="ql-paragraph-2">I’ve seen it all, don't get discouraged, we’ll roll with whatever happens!</p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">My partner is impatient with getting photos taken, what can i do?</em></h3><p>It’s totally normal if your partner isn’t a fan of photo shoots or tends to get impatient—believe me, it happens all the time! My sessions are designed to be relaxed, efficient, and even enjoyable. We’ll prioritize the most important shots early on so it doesn’t feel like a long process, and I’ll guide everything to keep it low-pressure and natural. Sometimes giving your partner a simple role—like helping make the kids laugh or handling a prop—can help them feel more engaged. And hey, bringing their favorite coffee, snack, or playlist never hurts either! In the end, it’s all about capturing real, authentic moments together—not perfect poses—and I promise to keep things as painless and stress-free as possible.</p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">I never like the way I look in photos, what can you do to change that?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2">U highly doubt it's as bad as you think it is, but you're not alone—so many people feel that way, and I completely understand. My job is to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, and I’ll guide you through flattering angles, and natural expressions that highlight your best features. I also focus on genuine moments—those little in-between expressions and connections that really reflect who you are. I do retouch the images to remove blemishes and minor adjustments to the exposure, lighting and contrast, however I do not alter weight nor make drastic changes to alter one's appearance. It is not my style however if it is something that my client really insists on, I will do these major edits for an additional charge.</p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><span style="color: var(--primary_headings_color);">Can you recreate a look, pose, or image i found online?</span></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: var(--primary_paragraphs_color);">While I do my best to meet my client's needs, I can use samples as inspiration but I cannot guarantee an exact replica as lighting, clothing, environment and editing come in to factor, and does vary from photographer to photographer. I am open to ideas and inspiration from my clients though!</span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><span style="color: var(--primary_headings_color);">When will my digital images be ready?</span></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: var(--primary_paragraphs_color);">It can take 1-3 weeks to complete retouched images. This will depend on how many images I took and the season, as certain seasons are busier than others and I may have multiple projects I'm working on. </span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">Where can i view the completed images?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">Client's will receive a link with their password to access their personalized gallery, where they can access their images. I do not upload any raw images and only retouched images will be uploaded.</span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">﻿</span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">How long will my images be online to view and download?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2">You will have access to your gallery for up to 6 months. I will hold all images in my personal files for up to a year and you can request to have them reuploaded in the gallery for an extra charge, after the 6 months expiration date. A year after the session, all images are not guaranteed accessible.</p><h3 class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></h3><h3><br></h3><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">﻿How can I share my images with family and friends?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">You may download them once you access them from your gallery and send to them in any format you wish to.</span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">Do you do weddings or all day big events?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">I love weddings and special events. I have an hourly rate for a minimum of 3 hours, or a flat fee for an entire day. Please keep in mind that I am one photographer so I do not have a team that may be suitable for huge wedding event. Deposits are not refundable for no shows or last minute cancellations, I will allow my client's to reschedule so they can apply the deposit to the rescheduled date. Deposits are due the day of booking.</p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">﻿what happens if i am sick and need to reschedule?</em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">Things happen and even I get sick! I am flexible with those unforeseen circumstances and you are able to reschedule within the next 3 months without losing your deposit. </span></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><br></p><h3><em style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">When is full payment due and how can i make a payment? </em></h3><p class="ql-paragraph-2"><span style="color: rgb(98, 59, 43);">Full payment is due the day before the session. The reason I ask of this is to ensure preparation before the session and so that this part is out of the way once it's time to start the session. This helps avoids time delays, payment issues or uncertainty during the photoshoot. I accept Venmo or Zelle and will provide this information on your invoice.</span></p>
